As an Enterprise Partner of Software House, IST has demonstrated both the technical and business experience necessary to effectively provide the high level of service to meet and exceed the requirements of the industry.
January 2009 — IST has been elevated to a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner after completing a rigorous program of requirements and competencies. The Gold Certified Partnership with Microsoft gives IST access to resources non-certified companies do not have and also demonstrates our commitment to use the best tools available to create our solutions.
July 2008 — IST is pleased to announce that the company was listed as number 77 in SDM’s 13th Annual List of Top 100 Systems Integrators. This exclusive report ranks, by revenue, the largest firms that contract electronic security projects for commercial, industrial, institutional, government, and other non-residential markets. For ranking purposes, these are businesses that derive more than half of their revenue from the sale, design/engineering, installation and service of multi-technology electronic security systems, such as access control and identification, video surveillance, alarms, perimeter security, and other network-based technologies. January 2008 — We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2008, Net Transforms, Inc. (NTI) and Integrated Security Technologies, LLC (ISTLLC) have merged to better meet the changing needs of our customers and the marketplace. Ownership and direction of both NTI and ISTLLC have been aligned under a single parent entity, Integrated Security Technologies, Inc. (ISTINC).
Although NTI and ISTLLC have always been sister companies, under the new ISTINC, staff and resources of both will immediately be made available to ISTINC in a coordinated and mutually supportive manner.
Many of our customers know that cameras, access control systems, and even fenceline sensors are migrating to IP networks. The convergence of physical, electronic and cyber security is accelerating. This reorganization thus allows the resources of NTI with its strong background in application development and network engineering to better support ISTLLC with its equally strong background in electronic and physical security. We believe that this merger will allow the benefit of economies of scale to be applied to our work such that our customers continue to see improved performance and return on investment in all their IT development, engineering or security projects.
