Meet S.H.I.E.L.D: Safeguarding Cloud Security

How Strong Do You Want Your S.H.I.E.L.D?

There are three levels of support for S.H.I.E.L.D called Secure, Protect, and Respond:

  1. Secure is the highest level that includes the quickest response times for telephone and on-site support, as well as hardware & software support coverage and remote diagnosis, with a four-hour window (just one hour for the 24/7 call center). Defects are handled the day of, and inspections, updates and training are offered frequently, as required. An on-site technician is also available when needed.
  2. Protect is the second tier, with a slightly longer response times of 24 hours (just one hour for the 24/7 call center). Defects are righted within two days, and inspections, updates and trainings are slightly less frequent, with some priced outside this scope.
  3. At the Respond level, response times are within the next business day (except the one hour for the 24/7 call center), and defects are corrected between 48-72 hours. All other services are paid for individually.
